ADMISSION NOTICE.
 
Application for admission in General Nursing & Midwifery course (Three years and  Six months non- stipendiary) in the School of Nursing, Bokaro General Hospital, Bokaro Steel Plant, Bokaro Steel City is invited for the session 2010as per the following criteria:-
 
 
1. Sex: female
2. Age: 17 years – 23years as on 1. 10. 2010
3. Marital status: unmarried
4. Qualification: 10 + 2 science with minimum 55 % marks for general and OBC; 50 % marks for ST & SC.
5. 5. Medium of instruction: English
6. Date of sale of Application form
along with prospectus : 		25/06/2010 to 24/07/2010
7. Last date of receipt of duly filled up
application:		 31/07/2010

 
a)      Prospectus & application form will be available from the office of THE PRINCIPAL, SCHOOL OF NURSING,BOKARO GENERAL HOSPITAL, B.S. CITY(JHARKHAND-827004).on production of money receipt / demand draft between 10.00 am – 12.00 pm & 3.00 pm- 4.30 pm on all working days.
 
b)      The cost of prospectus along with application form is Rs 100/- only. The payment can be made either in the form of cash or as demand draft in favor of SAIL, BOKARO STEEL PLANT, and Payable at BOKARO STEEL CITY.
 
c)      Cash is to be deposited at designated cash counter of BSL (ISPAT BHAWAN) and the receipt should be deposited to the principal, school of nursing, for obtaining prospectus and application form.
 
d)      Out station applicants can obtain the prospectus and application form by sending a demand draft of Rs 100/- only (towards the cost of application form and prospectus) in favor of SAIL,BOKARO STEEL PLANT payable at BOKARO STEEL CITY and self addressed stamped envelope with a postal stamp worth Rs 5/- only..
 
e)      Prospectus and application form can be downloaded from our website www.sail.co.in. Downloaded application must be accompanied by demand draft for Rs 100/- only in favor of SAIL, BOKARO STEEL PLANT payable at BOKARO STEEL CITY.
 
f)        Filled up application form must reach the office of PRINCIPAL, SCHOOL OF NURSING,BOKARO GENERAL HOSPITAL, B.S. CITY(JHARKHAND-827004) on 31/07/2010
 
Only those candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria will be allowed to appear in the written test in English on 29/09/2010 after verification of certificates. Those who qualify in the written test will be called for interview on 20/09/2010. OBC candidates must produce the OBC certificates of not below the rank of DISTRICT MAGISTRATE that they do not belong to creamy layer latest by January 2010
 
Note: - Caste certificate should be submitted along with the application.
