SUB: TENDER FOR PROVIDING HIRED CARS  ON MONTHLY & DAY TO DAY BASIS

Dear Sir,

SAIL invites sealed quotations from reputed transport agencies for hired cars of Segment-I (Indica Vista, Swift (AC & NAC  Cars) :

In Addition to above, there will be around 30-35 cars required in the month of September, January every year.  The agencies empanelled will be required to fulfill this requirement also.

A panel of maximum six  parties will be made for providing the hired cars of Segment-I specified above   on fixed monthly and day to day basis  who will quote the best rate for providing quality services. Tender document containing Chaper 1.0  to 6.0  is enclosed herewith. 
 
Pre-bid meeting will be held with the tenderers at 11.00 a.m.  on 6.5.2010 in the 6th Floor Board Room, Ispat Bhavan, Lodi Road, New Delhi-110003 in which the various points relating to the requirement of  quality of the hired car services will be discussed with  the Tenderers.  The tenderers are requested to attend the pre-bid meeting on the  above mentioned date and  time before quoting rates.

For any query/clarification on the subject, you may contract the undersigned   at phone No.24300241 on all working days  between 14:00 hours . to 17:00  hours.

The tender document, complete in all respect as specified in the tender document  should be addressed to :

and dropped in the tender box kept at the Reception Lounge  latest by 15:00 hours  on or before  10.5.2010.
